Flying Wings is the Union County equivalent to The Ambassador Restaurant's all over Essex County. Listen to me... RUN don't walk my ninjas. The BEST chicken wings in Plainfield, maybe even Union County. You can place your order in advance to lessen your wait time and it always hot and fresh.
